Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, 4 Manchester Road, Bradford BD5 0QL and Javelin House Police Station, Bradford BD10 8SD.
Safer Bradford, our district Community Safety Partnership, is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager. You will work closely with Police colleagues to support the strategic response to anti-social behaviour. Responding robustly/supportively where appropriate you will build partnership solutions to the key anti-social behaviour issues for district residents.
You will need to be skilled in the following:-
- Leading on the strategic and operational management of the district Anti-Social Behaviour Service in partnership with West Yorkshire Police.
- Building and co-ordinating partnership across agencies into tackling anti-social behaviour so that there is a joined-up district response.
- Ensuring a harm centred approach to anti-social behaviour is embedded throughout our services and provide a fair and well communicated response to residents.
Taking the lead and driving innovation you will deliver initiatives from inception to outcome. A strong team player you will have a good track record of influencing service partners so that they meet the needs and priorities of local residents.
