Job Introduction
18-Month Fixed Term. Internal candidates may apply for this role as a secondment, subject to approval from their Manager.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Improvement and Development Officer to support a significant programme of change within Adult Social Care, focused on the implementation of a new case management system.
Reporting to the Transformation and Business Change Manager, the post holder will play a pivotal role in business process redesign including process mapping and gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and system implementation to ensure the successful adoption of the new system.
The role will require working with teams across Adult Social Care including integrated teams, IT, the system vendor and key stakeholders across Bradford Council. The post holder will support consultation, evaluation, and the successful implementation of new ways of working to ensure the system meets the needs of all users.
The post holder must have:
• Experience in project planning and management
• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• Experience of business process improvement, including Lean methodology
• Experience of working with case management systems or similar digital solutions
