Job Introduction
We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer‑focused individuals to join our telephony customer service team on a casual basis. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service, this role is a perfect fit.
Candidates must have the following relevant experience:
- Uses a range of complex IT packages relating to area of work
As a Casual Customer Service Advisor, you’ll handle inbound phone calls from customers, providing clear information, support, and guidance. You’ll use our systems to log enquiries and ensure every customer receives a positive experience from start to finish.
Casual employees are not guaranteed any set working hours and need to be available at short notice to be successful you will need to be available between 9th March to 8th May during normal office hours.
