Bradford Aquatics are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Casual Swimming Coach to support the delivery of high‑quality swimming programmes across the district. 

Working under the direction of Senior and Development Coaches, you will assist with structured training sessions, provide lane supervision, and support swimmers’ technical development within the scope of your qualifications. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, inclusive and positive training environment, in line with safeguarding and health & safety requirements.

    The ideal candidate will have:

     Swim England Level 2 Swim Coach qualification (or equivalent)

     A current NPLQ/NRASTC lifesaving qualification is desirable

     Experience coaching swimmers and communicating confidently with participants and parents

     A strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and professional coaching behaviour

     Flexibility to support sessions as required, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

 

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well‑established aquatic programme and support swimmer development across a range of ages and abilities.
