Database Manager

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Database Manager who can expertly code SQL conversions from Oracle to join West Yorkshire Pension Fund's IT team. This role is an exciting opportunity to maximise the effectiveness of West Yorkshire Pension Fund’s IT by the selection, development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of IT systems in use within the department. 

You will support users of WYPF’s IT systems, both internal and external within our client base, to enable maximum benefit to be extracted from our systems. 

To act as WYPF’s specialist in the areas covered by this post, and to maintain working knowledge of other specialisations within the IT Team in order to provide cover during absence of colleages and maximise the flexibility of the team.
