Job Introduction
We are looking for qualified/Trainee Enablement Support workers with or without a Nvq level 2 in health and social care to work within the BEST team and Extra Care for Bradford Council.
This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Support individuals in residential/ Community settings
- To support with daily living tasks
- Document accurate records on digital devices
- Support with personal cares
- .Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
- Treat individuals with dignity and respect
- Full UK manual drivers licence
