Graduate – Programme Management Office (PMO)

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

Bradford is evolving and growing, and we're looking for the right people to join us in harnessing this potential and overcoming the challenges we face. This is an exciting time for us, and we're seeking graduates who share our values and are ready to deliver outcomes that will benefit the City, the District, and the people of Bradford.

This is a two-year fixed term role in the Transformation and Change Programme Management Office (T&C PMO). You'll work on programmes and projects from start to finish, and we'll provide learning and development support. This role will give you a solid grounding in key elements of change and programme management, as well as key aspects of local government.

Our graduate programme provides a unique opportunity for high-calibre graduates wishing to be a part of a Team that helps design and implement solutions to the challenges we face. We place the people who use our services at the heart of our transformation activity with the clear aim of making improvements on their behalf. Like others, we face ongoing financial pressures, being asked to achieve more for less while providing services to our citizens. In addition, as England and Wales's fifth largest metropolitan authority, our sheer size and diversity presents a constant challenge and opportunity to service delivery, design, and innovation.
