ISP Incident Manager & Service Improvement

Job Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Incident Manager to join Bradford Council’s IT Services Team in Service Improvement & Assurance, based at Britannia House (Bradford). 

 

Working in the Digital Programmes & Projects Service you will support the Service Improvement & Assurance function. You will be able to demonstrate: 

  • Experience of implementing, embedding and leading on ITIL processes including:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills to support the effectiveness of ITIL processes, service reporting and improvement.
  • Supporting the transition to an ITIL v4 compliant and ISO20000 accredited service.
  • Support the continuous development and enhancement of the service, and ensuring that customer care and service excellence are established as core values.
  • Ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are specified, documented utilised to enable effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
  • Performing audits to ensure compliance with operational processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
