Job Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Incident Manager to join Bradford Council’s IT Services Team in Service Improvement & Assurance, based at Britannia House (Bradford).
Working in the Digital Programmes & Projects Service you will support the Service Improvement & Assurance function. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of implementing, embedding and leading on ITIL processes including:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Have strong analytical and reporting skills to support the effectiveness of ITIL processes, service reporting and improvement.
- Supporting the transition to an ITIL v4 compliant and ISO20000 accredited service.
- Support the continuous development and enhancement of the service, and ensuring that customer care and service excellence are established as core values.
- Ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are specified, documented utilised to enable effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
- Performing audits to ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
