Job Introduction
The successful candidate will support the IT Planning & Admin team in managing procurement renewals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. This is a key role that contributes to the smooth operation of IT services and supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track IT procurement renewals, including software licenses, support contracts, and subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely renewals and contract alignment.
- Support budget tracking and reporting activities.
- Assist in the development and improvement of administrative processes.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Has strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
- Has experience or interest in procurement, contract management, or compliance.
- Is comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and documentation systems.
- Communicates effectively and works well within a team.
Shortlisting Criteria
