ISP Service Operations - 2nd Line

Job Introduction

Delivering excellent customer service, the 2nd Line support team handles 80% of the organisations and BCFT,  IT requests for end user support. Maintaining a good collaborative working with other team withing IT Services and other stakeholders throughout the district and beyond.

Role Description

 We are looking for a ISP Service Operations to join our dedicated team, as part of Infrastructure and Desktops Services in Department of Corporate Resources. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. 

 The main responsibilities of this role:

  • Established experience working in an ICT service operations using skills identified at Level 1 skills matrix.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, in support customer's,  service requests and incidents withing agreed SLA.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the service, collaborating with colleagues, wider IT Services team and stakeholders.
  • Manage own workloads aligning with service needs and expectations with agreed SLA
  •  Contribute to the ongoing service improvements in  2nd Line Team.
  •  Manage the access to highly confidential, personal, financial and political and  commercially sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with the appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines.
