Title of Post: OPERATIONS MANAGER - Families
A rare opportunity has arisen to join the JAMES project as an Operations Manager for our families team. This role will enable the candidate to have firsthand influence on critical support for some of the most in need in the district, shaping the future of our programmes for years to come.
This is an exiting opportunity to lead and manage a range of programmes including; Supporting Families (Early Help), Family Aide and Positive Futures.
The role involves supporting and motivating staff to deliver a high-quality service for all who come into contact with JAMES.
Unit/Location: Based across JAMES sites, including; Keighley/Shipley. Working across various settings as required
Salary: £34134 - £40476
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Closing date; 19th of March at 9:00am. Interviews expected 24th of March.
