Job Introduction
We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Team Manager to join our dedicated team for Children and Young People. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Managing a team of registered and unregistered occupational therapy professionals
- Provide occupational therapy clinical leadership
- Provide coaching support for a team of registered and unregistered occupational therapy professionals
- Ensure the service provided meets high quality assurance and key performance expectations
- Develop the service to meet the needs of the children and young people in the District
