Job Introduction
Bradford Portage Service require an enthusiastic and skilled Portage Home Visitor to support young children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families, using the Portage Early Education Programme. You will need experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), home visiting, working with young children who have additional needs and multi agency working.
As well as the following: ·
- Level 3 Early Years & Childcare qualification (or equivalent) ·
- Grade C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent) ·
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities
