Senior Building Control Surveyor

Job Introduction

Bradford is the fourth largest Metropolitan District in England and is currently experiencing an increase in construction activity. 


We are, therefore, able to offer a diverse and interesting career dealing with Building Regulations, Dangerous Structures, Safety at Sports Grounds and supervision of a small team of Surveyors, with a workload which is varied, wide ranging and challenging.  

Over recent years we have invested heavily in a career development structure and a programme of staff training in order to secure a sustainable future for our service.  

We are currently seeking to recruit additional enthusiastic persons to our team as Senior Building Control Surveyors.  You will therefore have a Degree, HNC, HND or NVQ level 4 relating to Building Construction, Corporate Membership of a relevant professional institute and can demonstrate that you meet the relevant job competences.

You should also be licensed with the Building Safety Regulator as a Registered Building Inspector (RBI) to Class 2F.
