Role Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our dedicated team in the FM Catering/Cleaning department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- .To support unit managers ensuring high service standards are met
- .Responsible for financial targets
- .Staff performance measures
- Menu planning
- Staff training
- Civic catering events (may include out of hours )
