Team Description- Working within FM Catering and cleaning service responsible for 10 schools and civic catering events 

Role Description

  We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager  to join our dedicated team in the FM Catering/Cleaning department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. 

 The main responsibilities of this role:

  • .To support unit managers ensuring high service standards are met 
  • .Responsible for financial targets 
  • .Staff performance measures 
  • Menu planning 
  •  Staff training
  •  Civic catering events (may include out of hours )
