We are looking for a Service Development Officer to join our dedicated team in Legal and Democratic Services. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- provision of business and management support to Legal and Democratic Services including service planning, budget management and quality assurance
- contribute to the management and development of the Services
- co-ordinate the production and monitoring of service strategies
- contribute to corporate initiatives and represent the Services on cross-authority working parties through which good practice and benchmarking are shared
- lead in project managing content for the intranet for the Services
