The SWSP works directly with pupils on the STaSS caseload to ensure a high standard of wellbeing and emotional support so that children and young people have timely engagement, encouraging positive re engagement with their education and support services. They deliver low intensity, evidence based, bespoke programmes of intervention to support emotional regulation and wellbeing of CYP to encourage re engagement with learning and social interactions.
