Our Department of Adult Social Care at Bradford Council has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader.
Our team is looking for flexible and multifaceted individuals who can work within an Extra Care setting team.
Let’s talk about your skills and experience….
To assist the managers of the service to develop the service, setting targets and objectives, and monitoring outcomes of the service to ensure quality and efficiency.
Support management with the delivery of regular supervision and performance appraisals of staff as and when required.
To work with a diverse service user group, predominantly with adults aged 35 and over with differing disabilities, mental health, dementia and complex needs.
Support service users with their individual needs and daily living skills, encouraging independence where appropriate, supporting and maintaining happy healthy lives for those accessing services.
Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors who will be visiting.
Ensure medication is administered in accordance with the medication policy, assisting with the reviewing and auditing of medication.
To organise and communicate the daily requirements to the care team.
