Job title: Crisis Support Worker (outreach)

Locations: Bradford & Keighley (with outreach across Bradford District & Craven)

Salary: £26,244 FTE per annum (actual salary £8,398 per annum)
 Hours of work:  Thursday and Saturday 1:00pm to 7:00pm (12 hours per week)
