YMCA Bradford

Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week 

Fixed-Term - Initial fixed term with extension subject to funding continuation

£26,133 - £28,000 per annum

Job Purpose:

We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one2one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.

Keyworkers will support families to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Good early years development.
  • Getting a good education.
  • Children safe from abuse and exploitation.
  • Improved mental and physical health.
  • Financial stability and secure housing.
  • Improved family relationships.

             

A working week 37.5 hours, this will involve delivery after school and early evenings based on the needs of the caseload.
