Arboricultural (trees) Officer

Job Introduction

We are looking for an Arboricultural Officer to join our dedicated team in the Development Services department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. 

The successful candidate will ensure their work area makes maximum contribution to the regeneration of Bradford and the achievement of a sustainable Metropolitan District. To support and advise the elected Members of the Council as the accountable representatives of the public. To provide a professional arboricultural service within Development Services to applicants, the general public and elected Members, enabling appropriate development whilst protecting the tree cover of the District. To ensure the best practicable level of customer service. To contribute to the achievement of corporate and service targets.
