Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Casual Admin Assistant who will provide high quality, professional administrative support to the Housing Access, Strategy and Homelessness service
To be considered for this job you must have the following:
- Ability to work flexibly to accommodate the needs of the service
- Skills in using a range of IT packages (Outlook, Word, Excel), to maintain and update information systems accurately
- Excellent communication skills with team members, the public and internal and external partners
- Ability to complete clerical and administrative work with accuracy and attention to detail
- In addition, working in a customer facing or office environment providing administrative support to a team is advantageous .
This is a casual post and hours are based to meet service demand over the regular working week of Monday - Friday, hours to be worked will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
