The main responsibilities of this role:
- .Managing a team of 16 ,over 2 upper school sites
- .Dealing with specialist diets
- .Ensuring all FM Caterings procedures are followed
- Training of all staff
- Working with 2 clients to ensure healthy food options are available at all areas
