Job Introduction


Responsible for a team of 16 staff working across 2 sites in a busy Upper School site. To engage with staff ensuring they have sufficient stock and training in all dietary requirements 

Role Description

 e.g. We are looking for a Catering Manager to join our dedicated team in the Catering department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city. 

 The main responsibilities of this role:

  • .Delivering high quality catering services to over 1800 students 
  • .Meeting nutritional standards and promoting healthy initatives
  • .Key performance targets --food cost per meal, sales targets
  •  Sickness absence reporting
  • Training the team
