Sedbergh Sports and Leisure Centre is seeking for a enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team. The role is crucial in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors to our sports centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced instructor to deliver inclusive, inspiring and safe fitness sessions within a supportive environment
The main responsibilities of this role:
- To ensure smooth running of the Fitness Centre.
- To ensure customers are inducted and consulted regarding their fitness programme and instructed in the safe use of equipment. To include Level 3 GP Referrals/ Level 4 Cardiac Rehab patients and other users or specific/targeted groups, who may have more com
- Basic day to day maintenance of the fitness equipment, reporting and logging faults when they occur to minimise downtime.
- To comply with Councils procedures and policies, and to adhere to set procedures and work instructions. To ensure all records are up to date, including training, cleaning schedules, maintenance schedules, fault logs etc.
- To offer membership advice to members of the public and administrate sales, including completion of all necessary paperwork.
