Job Introduction
- Producing performance reports and managing statistical returns to meet contractual and audit standards.
- Processing and verifying payments for contracted providers.
- Compiling comprehensive performance reports, including statistical analysis, issue identification, benchmarking, and preparing presentations.
- Monitoring budget expenditures in partnership with the Finance Department and the Contract Manager, including base and external budgets and setting up systems to forecast financial performance accurately.
- Supporting the contract and service managers in ensuring budget compliance and adherence to Council financial regulations.
- Experience in financial and administrative roles in the public, private, community, or voluntary sectors.
- A background in developing and maintaining complex monitoring systems for projects or programmes with proven ability to analyse and report performance data.
- Proficiency in using databases and advanced information management systems.
- Strong understanding of data flows, data quality and standards.
- Educational qualification to at least NQF Level 4 in a relevant field or substantial experience related to the role.
