Partnership Administrative Assistant

Job Introduction

We are delighted to be recruiting a Fixed Term Partnership Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our Strategic Partnerships team manages the statutory Bradford and Airedale Wellbeing Board and oversees the governance framework for our district-wide partnerships. It is an exciting time for the team following a recent partnership governance review that streamlined our partnerships and aligned to the development of the new District Strategy. 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support to our Strategic Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to impactful projects. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

 The initial responsibilities and work areas for the post will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Organising meetings, including coordinating multiple diaries. 
  • Taking action notes and minutes during meetings.
  • Arranging video conferencing facilities and providing technical support for virtual meetings. 
  • Supporting the Programme Manager in the delivery of a first-class service 
  • Liaising with partner and anchor organisations to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
