We are looking for a Planning Prosecution Officer to join our dedicated Planning Enforcement team. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The Post holder will be required to deal with planning enforcement cases that require to be progressed to prosecution within the Bradford District. The role involves writing witness statements, collating legal files and attending Court.
A driving licence is required to complete site visits. You will work within the Planning Enforcement Team and be expected to work closely with colleagues dealing with Planning Applications. A good understanding of the Planning process is essential.
