Programme Support Officer

Job Introduction

The Client Services Team (Keighley Town Funding) project manages delivery of many of the Council’s highest priority construction projects. We need someone who can:

  • Support the Keighley Town Funding Team in all aspects of effective financial management and project management. 
  • To assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation related to the above.
  • To assist in the preparation and production of commercial minutes.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Is engaging and enthusiastic and knows how to build strong relationships, negotiate with, and influence people
  • Has the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Is experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing demands
  • Have a passion for problem solving and overcoming challenges 
  • Can work with integrity and demonstrate respect for others                                                                                                                                                       

As a Programme Support Officer, you will ideally be able to demonstrate experience and competence of the following:

  • Uses a range of complex IT packages relating to area of work
  • Knows and understands how to use, interpret, handle and communicate information
  • Must be accurate, and have good numeracy & literacy skills
  • Able to arrange events, manage diaries and service meetings, producing agendas & minutes
  • Able to assimilate and apply complex and detailed information and relay it to customers
