Job Introduction
Trade Waste offers a refuse and recycling waste collection service to commercial properties within the Bradford district. The team deal directly with customers and deal with customer needs and accounts.
We are looking for a Sales Development Officer to join our dedicated team in the Waste Services Department. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Visiting customers to discuss problems/ complaints and to re-negotiate contracts as appropriate
- Liaise with Enforcement Officers and City Centre Wardens relating to legal action against trader non-compliance with the Authority’s requirement including attending court if necessary.
- Completing administration/documentation required to adhere to Data Protection and Council policies and procedures.
- Ensure the Authority is safeguarded with regards to the Duty of Care, EPA 90 and other legislation
- Liaise with operational crews to ensure Service Level Agreements
