Job Introduction
The Social Work Workforce Development Service provides support across Adult Social Care Department to assist staff to access continuing professional development and to help ensure statutory learning and development offers are made to staff.
The role
- .Supporting managers across the department to ensure learning and development opportunities are accessed for staff members
- .To lead on the implementation of agreed operating standards
- .To provide business support to managers within the service
- To help arrange, facilitate and commission training opportunities
