Job Introduction
The Network Resilience and Management Team is responsible for coordinating roads and street work applications, highway licences, highway events and highway enforcement across Bradford District.
We are looking for an experience candidate to lead a small team of 3-5 individuals responsible for administrative support for the wider Network Resilience Team and dedicated support to the Principal Engineer (Network Management)
The main responsibilities of this role:
- Dealing with Financial matters relating to the activities of the Network Management Team
- Assist in the production of sample inspect and deflect monitoring schedules
- Act as a senior staff member overseeing the roles of up to 5 administrative staff
- Manage the assessment and processing of fixed penalty notices for Street Works and Highway Enforcement matters
- Ensure the timely processing and issuing of street works, highway enforcement and other associated license applications.
