Job Introduction
The Strategic Programmes Team is a key part of the Economy and Development Team. We manage the delivery, quality and compliance of multiple-million pound funded programmes that support the regeneration of the Bradford District. Our most recent programmes involve working in Partnership with Bradford 2025, leading the delivery of the City of Culture Capital Grants Programme and, working with multiple partners to check and manage grant payments to beneficiaries of the Shipley & Keighley Towns Fund.
The main responsibilities of this role:
- To provide a monitoring and claims processing function to support the contract management of regeneration programmes and projects.
- To develop and manage monitoring systems that provide information that meets the contractual and audit requirements of funding bodies.
- To process and verify payments for claims submitted by internal and external partners, beneficiaries and sub-contractors.
