Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Award-Winning Landscape Design and Conservation Team
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Co-ordinator to join our innovative team as we embark on a transformational public realm programme during this City of Culture year. As part of a multidisciplinary environment, we deliver a diverse range of impactful projects, including large-scale public realm schemes, green infrastructure initiatives, heritage led regeneration schemes and climate resilience efforts, often involving external funding agencies. Our focus on blue-green infrastructure allows us to connect projects and drive innovation, creating lasting positive change for the community.
In this role, you will support the development and delivery of projects within Planning, Transportation, and Highways. You’ll work on a variety of projects, primarily focused on infrastructure and property construction, while also contributing to organisational change and broader corporate initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively within a team to monitor project progress, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and assist in the successful delivery and implementation of our ambitious projects. This role will play a key part in driving regeneration and sustainability across the district.

You will require:
- Demonstrable experience post degree in regeneration and culture
- Experience of preparing and presenting reports
- Ability to develop knowledge of good project management principles and practices
- Experience of acting as a project adviser to professionals
- Excellent communication skills to develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent IT user with experience of the MS Office suite of applications, including spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
Educated to Degree/Graduate level
