The successful applicant will have responsibility for:
· Project Support: NEAT (Neighbourhood Environmental Action Team) - a bold, six-month initiative to improve environmental quality across Bradford District via rolling "Days of Action" across 5 constituencies, focused on deprived and neglected areas.
· Administering a wide range of Grant Applications for Voluntary/ Community and Faith sector organisations.
· Designing and providing standards and templates linked to project work.
· Organising general meetings, public meetings and Area based events at the request with support of project leads.
· Financial transactions on SAP, updating all staff of the use of preferred suppliers and procurement guidance within the Council. To negotiate best value, obtaining estimates for work, checking the accuracy of invoices through SAP.
· Ensuring the effective and timely delivery of Service related performance management information.
· Maintaining all records in accordance with Key Controls
· ICT Co-ordination related to project and office support and functions
· Contributing positively to the Service and general development of the Service, eg by participating in team meetings, planning of events and in discussions about the improvement of the service.
