Our Officers are responsible for billing, collecting and recovering money owed to the Council, (Council Tax). They handle high volumes of telephone calls and work in a fast paced, busy and often pressurised environment where there is a strong focus on prompt and effective billing, collection targets, arrears management and customer service.
As an Officer working for Bradford Council, you can expect to receive:
- 27 days per year holiday entitlement (increasing to 32 days after 5 years’ service)

- The option to work at home, provided the required knowledge level and work targets are met. (all training will be office based)
